Refund policy
Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery and to get any damage noted on your bill of lading from the shipping company. Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us within 1-3 work days. If you would discover hidden defects or transport damages after opening the package, please communicate this to us within 5 days of delivery.
You has the right to return your purchase within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be in as good condition as when you received it and packed in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product.
